Argentine Christmas Traditions

Argentine Christmas blends European and Latin American customs. Families gather on Nochebuena (Christmas Eve) for a late dinner, often featuring asado (barbecue) and pan dulce. At midnight, fireworks light up the sky as people toast with sidra (cider). Papá Noel brings gifts, and some attend Misa de Gallo (Midnight Mass). December 25th is for relaxation and leftovers. The season concludes with Día de los Reyes (Three Kings Day) on January 6th.
